Admissions Welcome Center
The new Admissions Welcome Center, which opened in early 2020, serves as the front door to the university for prospective students and their families. Located on the ground floor of the Perry-Castañeda Library in the heart of campus, this 9,000 square foot space showcases the impact of a University of Texas at Austin educational experience and offers students a window into campus life.
Visiting the Center
The Admissions Welcome Center is open. Walking tours and counselor visits are available by appointment.
Rising high school seniors and admitted freshmen may register for an on-campus walking tour. Advance registration is required and same-day reservations are not available. Our live virtual sessions and tours and our Look Around Virtual Tour are currently available to all interested guests.
For more information, call 512-475-7399 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
