International applicants must submit either an official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score report demonstrating an adequate knowledge of English. International applicants are exempt from this requirement if they:

  • Are from a qualifying country, or
  • Graduate from a high school in the United States or a qualifying country after completing at least three years of study.
  • Minimum scores acceptable for admission are:
    • TOEFL: 79 (internet-based test)
